Chris Bittinger

Chris Bittinger is a Real Estate Sales Agent licensed in the State of Texas and currently working with RUTLEDGE REAL ESTATE LLC and specializes in the Clear Lake City, Friendswood, Kemah, La Porte, League City, Pearland, San Leon and Seabrook market areas. He joins Rutledge Commercial Real Estate from KW-Pearland.  He has an extensive finance background and has also managed a couple specialty shops.  Chris appreciates the importance of having the right location. He comes from a family with many years in commercial real estate and is passionate at ensuring the best end results for his clients.  Chris has strong negotiation skills and will work hard at finding the best property to fit the client’s needs.
